How We Help

Our CNC milling department handles everything from flat-profile parts to complex 3D contoured surfaces. With advanced CAM programming and high-speed spindles up to 20,000 RPM, we achieve excellent surface finishes while maintaining tight dimensional control across aluminum, steel, titanium, and engineering plastics.

Every milling quote includes a free DFM review — our engineers flag thin walls, unreachable features, and tolerance stack-ups before cutting begins. When 5-axis access is needed, we route parts to our DMG MORI simultaneous centers for single-setup completion.

Why Work With Us

Multi-Axis Flexibility

3-axis for prismatic efficiency, 4-axis for rotated features, and full 5-axis simultaneous for complex contours — our engineers select the right approach in your DFM review.

Advanced CAM Programming

Experienced programmers optimize toolpaths for cycle time, surface finish, and tool life — critical for aerospace ribs and medical device housings.

Tight Tolerance Control

In-process probing and CMM verification on critical features. We hold ±0.005mm on production parts with documented capability studies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between 3-axis and 5-axis milling?

3-axis moves the tool in X, Y, Z — ideal for prismatic parts. 5-axis adds rotation, allowing the tool to approach from any angle — essential for complex aerospace and medical geometries in a single setup.

What surface finishes can you achieve?

As-machined Ra 3.2μm standard. With finishing passes we achieve Ra 0.4μm. Post-process anodizing, sandblasting, and polishing available.

Do you offer production volumes?

Yes — from 1-piece prototypes to 10,000+ unit production runs with consistent quality, SPC monitoring, and full traceability.

What is the maximum part size you can mill?

Up to 2000 × 1000 × 800 mm travel depending on machine assignment. Contact us with your drawing for confirmation on oversized workpieces.

Can you machine engineering plastics?

Yes — PEEK, Delrin, Nylon, PTFE, and UHMW. We use dedicated tooling and coolant strategies to prevent melting and achieve clean edges.
