Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC press braking, TIG/MIG welding, and assembly under one roof — from prototype brackets to production enclosures.
15+ years precision manufacturing · Shipped to 30+ countries
How We Help
Our sheet metal shop delivers end-to-end fabrication — from flat pattern to assembled product. Fiber laser cutting, CNC press brake forming, TIG/MIG welding, hardware insertion, and powder coating all under one roof. Ideal for enclosures, brackets, chassis, and structural panels.
Every project starts with a DFM review of bend radius, K-factor, hole-to-edge distance, and weld accessibility. We nest flat patterns for material efficiency and return detailed quotes within 24 hours — MOQ of 1 piece for prototypes through high-volume production runs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats do you accept for sheet metal?
STEP, DXF, DWG, and PDF flat patterns. STEP with sheet metal features preferred for accurate bend deduction and K-factor calculations.
What is the minimum bend radius?
Typically 1× material thickness for aluminum, 1.5× for steel. Our DFM review confirms bend feasibility and recommends relief cuts where needed.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes — hardware insertion (PEM nuts/studs), sub-assembly, welding, and kitting available. Full BOM assembly and packaging on request.
What finishing options are available?
Powder coating, anodizing (Type II/III), sandblasting, passivation, and silk-screening. Finishing is coordinated in-house to avoid shipping between vendors.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 piece for prototypes. Production pricing improves at 50, 100, and 500+ quantities. Contact us for volume pricing.
