1. Agreement

By accessing https://www.unique-rp.com or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Quotations

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are based on the files and specifications provided. Changes may affect pricing and lead time.
  • Quotes are non-binding until a formal purchase order or written acceptance is confirmed by both parties.
  • Free DFM feedback is advisory; final manufacturing decisions remain the customer's responsibility.

3. Orders & Payment

Production begins after order confirmation and agreed payment terms (typically 30–50% deposit for new customers). Payment methods and currency are specified on the proforma invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your designs. You represent that you have the right to share files with us for quotation and production. We will not reproduce your parts for third parties without authorization.

5. Quality & Inspection

Parts are manufactured to the drawings and specifications agreed at order confirmation. First Article Inspection (FAI) and dimensional reports are available upon request. Claims must be reported within 15 business days of delivery.

6. Lead Times & Shipping

Stated lead times are estimates based on current capacity. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or incomplete/incorrect customer specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our parts or website.

8. Website Use

Website content is provided for general information. Unauthorized scraping or misuse of contact forms is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong.
