Powder coat vs wet paint?
Powder coat is thicker, more durable, and has no VOC solvents. Wet paint suits very thin films or special chemistries — we advise per your drawing.
Can you powder coat aluminum parts?
Yes — typically after degrease and chromate or blast prep. Specify coating system and we confirm adhesion requirements.
Will coating fill sharp corners?
Electrostatic wrap helps, but inside corners may be thinner. We review geometry in DFM and may recommend radii for even coverage.
