We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), and PDF drawings. 3D CAD files with complete dimensioning are preferred. For 2D drawings, please include tolerances, material, and quantity. You can also upload STL/3MF for 3D printing quotes.

Prototypes ship in 2–5 business days. Production orders require 2–4 weeks depending on complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. Rush orders available — we can meet 24–48 hour turnaround on select parts. Lead time is confirmed in your quote.

Standard ±0.05mm · High-precision ±0.01mm · Critical ±0.005mm. Surface finishes down to Ra 0.4μm. We hold tighter tolerances on critical features — please call them out on your drawing or let our engineers know which dimensions matter most.

Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request and maintain strict IP protection. Your designs are stored on access-controlled servers and never shared with third parties. All project files are deleted on request after project completion.

Yes. Material certificates (Mill Test Reports / EN 10204 3.1) are included on request at no charge. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102 are included with every first article. CMM inspection reports and dimensional data are available for production runs.

No MOQ — we accept orders from 1 piece (prototyping) to 10,000+ (production). Unit pricing decreases with volume. For repeat orders, we retain your tooling and setups to reduce lead time and cost.

We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and UPS for express (2–5 days), and sea freight for bulk orders. Incoterms we support: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP. Customs paperwork and commercial invoices are included. Full tracking provided. See our Shipping & Payment page for details.

Wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Terms: 50% deposit with order, 50% before shipment for new customers. Net-30 terms available for established accounts.
